Career Intelligence (CI) is the most advanced module in Elite+. It analyzes your accumulated match and training data to project where you’re headed, which positions fit your profile, and how you compare against real development benchmarks.
17 Football Roles
CI evaluates your fit across 17 distinct roles:
CI understands position names in Spanish (portero, extremo, punta), French (gardien), and German (torwart). Enter what’s natural for you.
Small Sample Size Handling
CI uses Bayesian Shrinkage to stabilize ratings when data is thin, and applies Recency Weighting with a 45-day half-life so recent form matters more.
2. Capacity Index & Potential Score
Capacity Index (0–100)
Position-specific weighted scoring. Each role has its own formula: a CDM’s Capacity Index weights interceptions and passing more heavily than goals; a Striker weights finishing and shots on target.
Potential Score (0–100)
Your growth trajectory. The system uses:
- Ensemble Trajectory — Linear, polynomial, and logistic projections combined
- EWMA Form Momentum — Exponentially weighted moving average of recent form
- Prediction Bands — Confidence intervals showing best/worst case projections
Archetype Classification
Based on your stat profile, CI classifies your player style (e.g. “Technical Playmaker,” “Athletic Box-to-Box,” “Complete Forward”).
Match Context Weighting
- Opponent Strength — A clean sheet against a top team weighs more
- Venue — Away performances weighted slightly higher
- Stakes — Cup final > mid-season friendly

Compare your stat profile across two positions or time periods.

Visual readout of your Capacity Index with color-coded zones.
Trajectory Projection
See where your stats are heading with confidence bands.
Momentum Sparkline
A compact form streak visualization across your last 20 matches.

40+ Position Milestones
Each role has specific milestones (e.g. “80% pass accuracy over 10 matches as DLP,” “5 clean sheets as GK this season”). These feed into Achievements.

How It Works
- Per-90 Benchmarking — Stats normalized to per-90-minute rates compared against pro data

The XP system:
