1. The AI Coach
The AI Coach is your personal performance analyst. It reads your match history, training patterns, goals, recovery data, and focus areas to deliver coaching that’s specific to your game—not generic advice.
How It Works
Every time you chat with the AI Coach, it builds a context snapshot from your platform data:
- Player Profile
- Position, level, age band, player type, preferred foot, strengths, and focus areas.
- Match History
- Total matches, goals, assists, win rate, average rating, and recent form trend.
- Training Load
- Session frequency, intensity patterns, drill types, and consistency score.
- Goals & Recovery
- Active goals, progress percentages, recovery metrics, and readiness snapshot.
Instead of “How can I improve?” try “My passing accuracy dropped from 82% to 74% over the last 3 matches—what should I focus on in training this week?”

Built-In AI Features (Free)
Even on the free plan, you get AI features that don’t count against your quota:
- Today’s Focus — Daily guidance on your Dashboard (10+ scenario types).
- Coaching Tips — Quick tips based on recent performance.
- Opponent Scouting — Pre-match prep if you enter your opponent.
2. Analytics Deep Dive
After 5+ matches, your analytics become truly powerful:
Trend Charts
Interactive Chart.js visualizations showing your performance over custom time horizons. Look for:
- Rising lines = you’re improving in that metric
- Flat lines = plateau—time to change something
- Dips = normal variance, but 3+ match dips need attention
Performance Grade (S–F)
Your composite grade across all metrics. S-tier means the top of your tracked benchmarks. Most players sit B–C initially—that’s normal.
Smart Insights
AI-generated analysis connecting the dots: “Your pass accuracy drops 8% in away matches” or “You score more when training intensity was high the week before.”
Elite+ tracks all-time personal bests for every metric. You’ll get a notification whenever you set a new one. Chase them.
3. Recovery & Wellness
Recovery is half the game. The Recovery module tracks 8 metrics daily:
Sleep
Hours and quality. The biggest single factor in next-day performance.
Soreness
Body soreness level. Correlate with training intensity to find your optimal load.
Energy & Fatigue
How fresh or drained you feel. Tracks over time to spot overtraining early.
Hydration & Readiness
Hydration + a composite Readiness score that predicts how you’ll perform today.
Your Recovery Score is shown as an animated ring on the Recovery dashboard. Green = ready to push. Yellow = moderate. Red = prioritize rest.
4. Compare & Reports
Compare Module
Pick two time periods and see stats side-by-side. Available windows: 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d, 90d, 180d, 365d.
The system auto-calculates composite stats and assigns a grade (A+/A/B/C/D) to each period.
Reports Module
- Weekly & Bi-weekly — Recent performance snapshot
- Monthly & Quarterly — Broader development trends
- Scouting Report — Formatted for recruiting conversations
- Season Summary — Full-season retrospective
The Scouting Report is built specifically for players sharing structured performance data with college coaches and scouts.
5. Mind & Readiness
The mental game separates good players from great ones.
8 Mental Metrics
Track Decision Speed, Readiness, Confidence, Focus, Anxiety, Motivation, Resilience, and Composure over time.
Match-Day Prep
- Pre-Match Checklist — 5 default items + custom items. Auto-resets daily.
- Breathing Exercises — 6 guided patterns (box breathing, 4-7-8, and more).
- Cognitive Drills — 4 exercises to sharpen reaction time and mental clarity.
- 7 Mood Options — Quick daily mood tracking feeding into mental trends.
Habit Tracker
Build mental routines (visualization, journaling, breathing) and track completion streaks. This is where champions are made.
6. Fitness Testing
Measure what matters with structured physical tests:
Sprint Tests
10m, 20m, 40m times. Track acceleration and top speed.
Yo-Yo Recovery
Intermittent recovery test for match-specific endurance.
Agility & RSA
Change-of-direction speed and Repeated Sprint Ability.
Jump & Flexibility
Vertical/horizontal jump and mobility benchmarks.
Results are graded against Elite / Good / Average thresholds. The Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) helps you understand overtraining risk: green zone (0.8–1.3) = optimal, above 1.5 = danger zone.
